By using litzyl.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

Products

Every piece is hand-finished, so small variations in pattern, glaze, tone and size are normal and expected — not defects. We photograph pieces as accurately as we can, but screens display colour differently. All items are subject to availability; if something sells out, we’ll contact you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a listing contains an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the item and send a dispatch confirmation. Until then, we may decline an order — for example if stock has run out, or if we can’t verify payment or address details.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times, rates and risk are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and damaged items are covered by our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account and conduct

Use the site for lawful, personal purposes. Don’t scrape or copy it, don’t attempt to access our systems or another customer’s account, and don’t post reviews that are false or abusive. We may close accounts that breach these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, the litzyl name and logo, and the site design — belongs to us or is licensed to us. You’re welcome to share links and use our product images editorially with credit and a link back. You may not use any of it commercially without permission.

Reviews

If you submit a review or photograph, you confirm it’s your own work and that it’s accurate, and you allow us to display it on our site and social channels with attribution. We may edit for length, or remove content that is unlawful or abusive. We don’t remove negative reviews simply because they’re negative.

Liability

Nothing here excludes liability we cannot lawfully exclude. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Porcelain is breakable — please handle and display pieces as described on the product page.

Events outside our control

We’re not liable for delays caused by things beyond our reasonable control, including carrier strikes, customs action, or infrastructure failures.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
